It is important for the patient to adhere to a strict diet consisting of low-fat, high-fiber foods and to drink plenty of water. In the event that the patient experiences weight gain, they should consider reducing the amount of weight by doing regular exercises and engaging in sports activities.

Before undergoing any cosmetic procedures, the patient is advised to get their questions answered. It is advisable to discuss their diet and lifestyle with their plastic surgeon prior to undergoing the procedure.

A good diet and exercise program are the most important aspect of any cosmetic surgery. Although liposculpture may not be as invasive as other cosmetic procedures, the recovery time after surgery may be significantly shorter and it is still best to consult a licensed medical doctor prior to undergoing the procedure.
